Loved this hotel! From check-in to the rooms everything was perfect. Our room was clean, big and beautiful. Everyone from once we stepped out of the uber to leaving the hotel was so accommodating and kind. It will be my Miami hotel moving forward- I am a total convert from the Ritz- see you next time!
